With hours from 6 AM to 7 PM daily, there’s plenty of time for both you and your dog to explore, enjoy a picnic lunch and take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are water fountains and drinking bowls for pups who want to stay cool on hot summer days, plus amenities for humans alike.   • The Richard T Conzelmann Community Center: (District Offices, Auditorium, Meeting Rooms) – This unique and convenient community center has it all – District Offices, a large auditorium perfect for hosting events like concerts or plays, and multiple meeting rooms that can accommodate any type of gathering.

  • Tennis Courts (Lighted, Token Operated) – Get your racquet ready, as Howe Ave Park features two lighted and token-operated tennis courts. Play day or night with friends or family and enjoy some time on the court! The park is maintained by the City of Sacramento and open to the public seven days a week from sunrise to sunset.
  • Tennis Wall – The Howe Ave Park also offers a tennis wall, perfect for practicing your technique and improving your game.
  • Soccer Fields – Get your team together and head to the park for some intense soccer action!
  • Open Play Area – The open play area is a great place for kids to run around and explore. There are plenty of open spaces as well as benches for parents to relax and watch their children have fun.
